About the job

Rubiko is the leading online gaming industry service providers for quality customer support. We are constantly recruiting international professionals to join our Customer Support team as Norwegian Customer Support Agent. If you believe you will enjoy working side by side with iGaming industry leaders, and you are looking to boost your career with an amazingly fast-growing company, we want to hear from you!

The main tasks:

  • Help and communicate with our customers via e-mail and live chat
  • Providing customer support on gaming, financial, technical, or any applicable issues related to the Customer Support department
  • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assisting them in using the various services and products offered
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at the office
  • Actively report internally to the team lead and various partners with information about the status of the various markets and customers

Minimum requirements:

  • Previous experience in Customer Support and the iGaming industry is an advantage
  • Native in Norwegian – both verbal and written, is mandatory
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent team player, with an initiative to work independently
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Flexible when it comes to working hours

Working hours:

  • 40 weekly working hours, including some weekends on a rotation basis
  • Rotating shifts from 08:00 - 17:00 and 16:00 - 01:00 am
  • Onboarding training: 3 weeks
