Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us execute the talent acquisition strategy for Rubiko's next growing phase in Barcelona, Spain.
We are experts in the field of customer support, tailored for the iGaming industry. We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support us in our Talent strategy as part of our Barcelona team. You will be responsible for assuring the full recruitment process and helping us attract and hire the best talent. We are a fast-growing start-up based in Barcelona that offers full service suite of high quality customer support & payment outsourcing solutions!
Job responsibilities:
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the company. This includes identifying recruitment sources, assessing their effectiveness, and continually improving the recruitment process.
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other relevant sources.
- Review resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and performing background checks to ensure that the candidates meet the job requirements and are a good fit for the company culture.
- You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, and ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- You will need to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure that both parties have a positive experience during the recruitment process.
- Ensure that the recruitment process complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as equal employment opportunity laws and privacy laws.
- You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and other relevant topics
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the recruitment process is meeting the company's hiring goals and objectives.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent sourcing and direct approach recruitment skills
- Fully proficient in English – both verbal and written, is mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality style
- Great team player an ability to work with autonomy and good initiative
- Experience recruiting using ATS platforms
- Previous experience in the Customer Support and/or IGaming industry is an advantage.
