Senior Accounting & Tax Analyst

Rubiko is one of the leading Online Gaming industry's outsourcing partners for customer support services and payment solutions. We are searching for an experienced and result-driven Accounting Analyst to join our Operations team.
In this position, you will be responsible for the Company’s global report process including reviews, approvals and compliance, along with monthly reporting information for management’s review. Responsibilities:
Carry out the day-to-day accounting of invoices, payroll and bank statements, among others.
Preparation and filing of periodical tax returns (VAT, Personal Income Withholdings, Corporate Income, among others).
Preparation and filing of Annual Accounts and Financial Statements.
Solving day-to-day queries on invoicing, tax and accounting from clients.
Able to perform a full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank, assets,…) and prepare monthly account reconciliations.
Ensures timely and accurate preparation and processing of journal entries (with appropriate supporting documentation) for month end tasks and accounting transactions such as accruals, prepayments, payroll, etc.
Collaborates in accounting activities for the entity and assists to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Prepare financial statements according to the monthly accounting close schedule – Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flows and key operating metrics if required.
Full responsibility for maintaining ledger accounts and for developing financial reports (IFRS and US GAAP reporting).
Continuous improvement of internal control process.
Liaising with external party such as auditor and tax advisor.
Preparation of periodical Spanish tax information for submission to tax advisor.
Assists in other finance functions as needed.
Requirements:
A Degree or Master’s in accounting, economics, finance, business or related fields preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Familiarity with expense, billing and reporting tools (Holded, PayHawk).
Expertise in using Excel, and use of Google Suite.
Experience in preparing and delivering reports to decision makers.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Tax Accountant for companies
Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
