General description:
Rubiko is one of the leading online gaming industry's outsourcing partners for customer support services and payment solutions. We are searching for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
In this position, you will own Rubiko´s business partnership relations and new clients' sales process from prospecting to signing. You will represent Rubiko in business events and participate in defining marketing directions. You will be part of the business operations team and key stakeholder out spreading industry trends.

Responsibilities:
Represent Rubiko in the iGaming industry, follow the business trends for iGaming and for Customer Services, ensure business partnerships and client relationships.
In collaboration with business partners define and lead sales-marketing direction and initiatives.
Engage with leads from discovery phase to service agreement sign-on. Partner with the client's service representative for all upselling and cross selling opportunities identified.
Liaise with marketing agencies and partnerships for designing and developing business campaigns.
Lead and expand online and offline market approach focused on new client acquisition.
Drive business growth within the company, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and research new market opportunities.
Oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
Manage CRM, track KPI and report accordingly.
Overall build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop client loyalty and engage with the internal teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
Thinking outside the box and inquisitive – can do attitude
Interested in new technology and tech savvy
High attention to detail, organised and agile
Transparent and direct communicator, excellent presentation skills
Strong systems knowledge, including Excel, CRM software, and ability to build own processes
Excellent communicator both verbally and in written form, able to engage and clearly explain data analysis
Fluent in English, advanced level of written language
