With a strong presence in Marbella and Malta, we're dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation in our field. . We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Onboarding and Payment Supplier Relationships to join our team and drive success in our B2C department.
Position Overview:
As the Head of Onboarding and Payment Supplier Relations in our B2C department, you will be a key player in our organisation's success. This role requires an experienced manager with a strong background in onboarding and managing client relations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, maintaining excellent client relationships, and leverage your industry experience to stay informed about industry trends to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for business integration.
Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for prospective partners.
Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients in the Ecommerce/iGaming sectors.
Serve as the main point of contact for new client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
Oversee contract negotiations and compliance, optimising terms for the benefit of the organisation.
Manage relationships with existing payment suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive partnership.
Continuously evaluate payment supplier performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Leverage your industry experience to stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Apply your knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges specific to the relevant sector and implement strategies accordingly.
Analyse payment processes to identify opportunities for streamlining.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure efficient payment workflows.
Ensure all supplier relationships and payment processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.
Generate regular reports and conduct data analysis to monitor supplier performance, payment trends, and efficient opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience within the iGaming industry and payments operations (preferably in Ecommerce as well).
Knowledge of B2C operations and a track record of driving results in a similar role.
Experience with client management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of payment processing and financial regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
