Position Overview:
As a KYC Specialist in our B2C department, with expertise in iGaming and payment processing, you will be at the forefront of ensuring regulatory compliance, optimising KYC processes, and enhancing customer experiences. This role combines project management, automation, KYC strategy, testing, partnership relations, and a deep understanding of both the iGaming and payment industries.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough investigations into customer information, reviewing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and verifying the accuracy of provided data.
Conducting risk assessments and monitoring customer transactions for suspicious activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the KYC strategy, considering both iGaming and payment industry nuances.
Manage KYC-related projects, including automation initiatives, process improvements, and compliance enhancements in both iGaming and payment domains.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date customer records, documentation, and audit trails to facilitate compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Recognize high-risk customers and execute enhanced due diligence procedures, including source of funds investigations and additional documentation collection.
Identify opportunities for automation in KYC processes for both iGaming and payment transactions to streamline onboarding and verification procedures.
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with service providers and payment processors.
Utilise your deep expertise in both the iGaming and payment industries to address unique KYC challenges and opportunities specific to each sector.
Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and competitiveness in both domains.
Qualifications:
Proven experience within the iGaming industry and payment operations.
Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and compliance standards in iGaming and payment processing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth understanding of both iGaming platforms and payment processes.
