Responsibilities:
Represent Rubiko in the iGaming and payments industry, keeping a close eye on business trends for iGaming and payment solutions while ensuring robust business partnerships and client relationships.
Collaborate with business partners and joint ventures to define and lead sales-marketing direction and initiatives.
Design and develop business campaigns.
Spot potential cross-selling avenues for current clients and implement upselling strategies to optimise revenue from existing client relationships
Exceed sales targets by propelling revenue growth through acquiring new clients, cross-selling, and upselling to existing clients.
Employ effective pricing strategies to maximise profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Lead and expand online and offline market approach focused on new client acquisition.
Supervise growth initiatives and creating sales projections.
Track KPI and report accordingly.
Overall build and maintain strong relationships with clients, develop client loyalty and engage with the internal teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Sales, marketing or relevant experience
Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in business development within the iGaming and/or the payment industry.
Thinking outside the box and inquisitive – can do attitude.
Interested in new technology and tech savvy.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong systems knowledge, including Excel, CRM software, and ability to build own processes.
Fluent in English, advanced level of written and spoken.
